People with learning disabilities at L’Arche plan and design their work in the textile department. The woven fabric is of a very high quality and is made into a number of different products – bags, ruck sacks, scarves, cushion covers, blankets, glasses cases and mobile phone cases etc. We also make designs using a felting machine this material is also used to make a variety of products. Many original hand made rugs are made and our recent Beatle design rugs have been very popular (these designs have been approved by Apple Corps)
